Next Best Actions: Recommended optimal actions for interacting with each lead at any given time.
Dynamic Playbooks: Automatic strategies and scenarios tailored to lead behavior.
These features integrate with external platforms like HubSpot, Brevo, and Lemlist (and more…) to automate workflows and campaigns.
2.2. Service changes
Sypher.ai reserves the right to modify or temporarily or permanently discontinue certain features of the service without prior notice. In the case of major changes, users will be informed through their account or via email.
3. User accounts
3.1. Account creation
To access Sypher services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If we believe the provided information is inaccurate, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
3.2. Account security
You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, you must notify us immediately. Any fraudulent use of your account may result in its termination.

Your user account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

No refunds will be issued for subscription periods already paid, except in cases of service interruptions attributable to Sypher.
